FOI during COVID-19

The Information Commissioner’s Office announced on 16th March 2020 that it will not penalise public authorities for failing to meet FOI deadlines during the crisis. In an article¬†published on 6th April, the Campaign discussed what the ICO’s ‘no penalisation’ announcement was likely to mean for public authorities and FOI requesters.
