In Scotland there is the independent Campaign for Freedom of Information in Scotland (CFoIS) which since 2019 has had its own website https://www.cfois.scot. It’s pre-2019 publications are for the time-being still available here.
The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act was passed on 28 May 2002 and came fully into force on 1 January 2005.
Further information is also available from the Scottish Information Commissioner and the Scottish Government’s FOI page.
